Shipping information
All shipping is conducted through the United States Postal Service for both national and international destinations. For bulk orders, orders will be sent through UPS.
Sales tax will be added to for Washington state residents.
Returns
All mouse pads are guaranteed against defects within 90-days. If the mouse pad is defective, or if you are unsatisfied with the product, we will replace the mouse pad or offer a full refund depending on the situation. The old mouse pad must be sent back to us and we will not cover this shipping expense.
